The Exposure slider
allows you to control the overall brightness of the image. The
Strength slider controls the contrast of the image
during the conversion from color to black and white. The Conversion
Color adjustment enables you to change the way that
the conversion from color to black and white is performed,
allowing certain colors to become more dominant in the
conversion process to black and white.
