The Graduated Blue filter helps to enhance or correct a blue sky or even a water scene where the blue colors are not as rich or intense as you would like them.

The Color popup-controller allows you to choose the blue that will be use by the filter. The Filter Rotation slider allows you to change the filter's positioning so that the graduated blue portion of the filter appears across the horizon, across the foreground, or anywhere in between. The Shift Filter slider moves the horizon of the filter up or down to make fine adjustments to the positioning of the filter.
