Before you begin with the
installation, make sure that an image editing program (e.
g. , Adobe® Photoshop®) has been set up on your computer.
Make sure, too, that this program is closed. In case you want
to install the filters on a network computer, you must
have the administrator rights in order to complete
the installation.
To install the filters, place
the program CD in your disk drive. If the
installation procedure does not begin automatically, then
click on the Setup icon (PC) or the Install icon (Mac),
both of which you will find on the program CD.
At the beginning of the
installation, you will be asked to set the destination
folder in which the plug-ins must be filed in order to
appear on the menu of your image editing program.
If you are using Adobe® Photoshop®,
the installer will find the correct destination
automatically. In
case you are suing another image editing program, consult
the appropriate manual to ascertain what the correct
folder for the plug-ins is.
When the installation file has
been found and displayed in the dialog box, click on
"Next" in order to continue with the
installation. As
soon as the installation is complete, close the installer
and open your image editing program. There you can
access your new B+W software filters.
