Das Cine-Digitar CD 2.8/26mm erweitert die Möglichkeiten der Rückprojektion mit professionellen LCD-Projektoren. Bei einer Brennweite von 26mm ergibt sich mit 1.8" LCD-Projektoren ein Projektionsmaßstab von 0.7:1. Dabei weist das Objektiv eine für seinen extremen Bildwinkel sehr geringe Verzeichnung von unter 2% über das gesamte Bildfeld auf. Das Objektiv ist mit Anschlüssen für die aktuellen 1.8" LCD-Projektoren der Marken Boxlight, Christie, Eiki, Proxima, Sanyo und Sharp lieferbar. Auch an viele 1.3" LCD-Projektoren kann das CD 2.8/26 auf Anfrage adaptiert werden. Durch das kleinere LCD-Format ergibt sich ein Projektionsmaßstab von etwa 1:1. On request, the lens can also be adapted to a number of 1.3" LCD projectors. The smaller panel dimension results in a throw ratio of about 1:1.
