Professionals and experienced amateur
photographers with high quality equipment know how to
make use of the effect of UV absorbing filters and
circular polarizing filters, because they contribute
to a significant improvement in imaging quality (no
blue cast, more sharpness, along with greater color
saturation and reduction in reflections). For that
reason, they almost always use filters of this kind.
Unfortunately, amateur photographers with less
complicated analog or digital cameras often spare
themselves the cost of acquiring them, especially the
expensive polarizing filters.
The new series of moderately priced Praktica
Filters, "UV+Protection" and
"Circular Pol," however, is within
reach of everyone, and hence makes it possible for
everyone to take advantage of these versatile filters
for black-and-white and color pictures.

The "Circular-Pol" filter
is, as the name suggests, a so-called circular and
polarizing filter, and hence can also be used with single-lens
reflex cameras, without interfering with the
auto-focus adjustment or the TTL light metering. This
filter is for that reason suitable without reservation for
all analog and digital viewfinder and single-lens reflex
cameras, with or without auto-focus.
